🏃♀️ What got you into running?
“I’ve always loved running and ran cross country at school. When I became a mom, I craved an outlet and running became my main stress release. More recently, I’ve enjoyed pushing myself to see what my body is capable of as a seasoned runner.”
🍩 Favorite post-run treat?
“Chick-fil-A tender meal with a chocolate milkshake.”
🌲 Favorite type of run?
“Trail running is my happy place. Being immersed in nature awakens me and gives me all the feels. I love the challenge of technical terrain, and my dog Liebe is never far from my side — she’s the most loyal running companion.”
🎯 2026 running goals?
“I’m aiming for my first 50K later this year. I’m working on getting stronger, finding a training plan that works for me, and learning how to fuel sensibly for longer distances. I love being around like-minded athletes and hope to encourage others as I continue my own journey.”
✨ Something that might surprise us about you?
“I’m from the U.K. and moved to Knoxville a year and a half ago. I used to work in the fast-paced world of fashion in London and am now retraining to become a yoga instructor — my second passion.”
